Baudelaires

My May socks, Baudelaires, are finished. They're in KP Essential pumpkin with size 1 circs. The heel is from Fleegle's No-Hassle generic sock pattern. It looks almost like a short-row heel, but it isn't. It's one of the easiest heels to make that I've ever seen. I finished the first sock of the pair about a month ago. But, then I took time off to work on a pair of Thujas for my DS, who is now back at school. (He usually doesn't ask me to knit anything for him.)

These socks are for me. For one thing, my DD (who often "borrows" my hand-made socks and has the same size foot as I do) is at school. For another, she doesn't like the color.
