My July socks

In July I finished two pairs of socks.

The first one goes to my Sockapalooooza pal and I really hope that she will like these socks:



The second pair is just for me and it is the first time that I "designed" a pattern on my own. I used hand-painted yarn from Wollmeise, called Miss May:
