June Monkeys!
So..I finally finished my first ever "patterned" pair O socks. I did the monkey pattern, I thought this colorway would be lovely for it. I was right! It took me a while to get used to the pattern and get into the rythym of it. By the time sock #2 came around, I got through it pretty quick and I am in love with them. Yarn is by YARN NERD, 100% Merino Colorway: Bamboo Grove. ~Melody

Very cute! I love the colors in this yarn. It is a nice contrast to the sky, too. :) This pattern does look fabulous in variegated and striping yarn, doesn't it? I'm on my first pair of monkeys right now and they are also in a variegated. I really like the way they are turning out - I'll post 'em soon. Thanks for sharing these - great socks! :)
