February Socks Finished :)
Hi all, I'm a first time SAM participant. Already I am seeing so many beautiful socks and new ideas that I will be borrowing. I've just finished my February socks. The pattern is by Nancy Bush, called "Dalarna", and I used Cherry Tree Hill supersock. Loved this yarn, the high twist adds a lot to simple stockingette portions.Karin

I'm a first timer too! I love your socks! I cast on for the Dalarna socks and my chain stitch came out looking more like moss stitch. How did you do it?

Hi Knitting Bandit, I had to read it through twice, just to make sure I was using the right strand for the K or P, but other than keeping an eye that the yarn wasn't too tight, I just followed the pattern :).

Great socks! Love the color. That's the great thing about this KAL, so many new ideas and sock patterns to try.

I have Dalarna's to knit, too, for the KOTR Kal, but first I need to finish the Winter Socks for the Vintage Socks.
