Monkey Madness
Not one but two pairs of socks already....
First, Monkeys
Pattern - Monkey by Cookie A. at www.knitty.com
Yarn - Superwash merino hand-dyed by Scout www.scoutsswag.com in a one-off colourway specially for Sockret Pal swap
Needles - 5mm bamboo dpn's
Cast on first sock 15th Jan and completed in a couple of days, then something of a hiatus before starting the second sock on 2nd March. Completed in the pub at knitting group 5th March.
second - yep, it's another pair of Mad Cows for Sock Madness!
Pattern - Mad Cow by Jennifer Booker Young
Yarn -Opal Uni in a sky blue, Opal Petticoat shade 1295
Needles - 2.5mm bamboo dpn's
Cast on noon Sat 10th March completed 1.15pm Sun 11th March
I may well have some more socks by the end of the month as I am in the midst of a pair of socks commissioned by a friend and also Snicket Socks in Posh Yarn received from my Sockret Pal.
